Our thoughts are creative:
The thoughts we think and the words we speak create our experience, so if we are constantly thinking negative thoughts, we will have a negative experience. If we think positive thoughts and speak positively then we will create a positive life experience.
It’s only a thought and a thought can be changed:
I support my clients by bringing awareness to their thoughts through carefully crafted visualisation exercises.
We explore if these thoughts and belief systems are working for them. If the internal dialogue is negative and not serving them, we work together to establish new ways of thinking and speaking with the use of affirmations, journaling, mirror work etc to help neutralise these negative thoughts and bring about positive change.
Self-approval and self-acceptance in the present moment are the keys to positive change:
On average we have 90,000 thoughts a day, 80% of them are negative and 95% of them were exactly the same repetitive thoughts as the day before. We may spend time thinking in the past or worried about the future. We may spend a lot of time seeking the approval and acceptance of others, which is draining. The power is always in the present moment. We cannot change the past and we cannot control the future, but we can choose to think thoughts that nourish and support us in the present moment.
When we really love ourselves, everything in our life works:
Self-Love is the root, the foundation from which everything else grows. Lack of Self-Love, Self-Worth and Self-Esteem stem from one thought – “I am not good enough”.
Loving and Approving of yourself is the key to positive change. Loving and Accepting yourself, in all your humanity, is a sure way to achieve this.
The philosophy is very simple, but applying the tools takes everything to another level.
Through gently crafted visualisations, we are able to bring awareness to our thoughts, reflecting on them to establish if they are serving us and then establish new ways of thinking and speaking to make positive change.
I absolutely love sharing these tools and techniques and working closely with my clients to help them build the momentum that allows them to change the negative narrative. Seeing my clients have those lightbulb moments, that’s the reward!
