Self-Love Reset: Return to Self (4-Week In Person Series)

October 5 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
80

So much of our life can be consumed by what we “should” be doing.

Who we should be. Where we should be by now. How we should look. How we should spend our time. How much more we should be doing.

And sometimes… without even realizing it… we can become so focused on becoming a “better” person, we disconnect from the person we already are.

Return to Self is an invitation to slow down, turn out that noise, and connect with this version of you.

Over the course of four weeks, we’ll explore what you actually value, how you speak to yourself, and how to cultivate a relationship with yourself that is rooted in more compassion, trust, and love.

And perhaps most importantly, you won’t be doing it alone.

There is something deeply powerful about allowing yourself to be seen and witnessed by people who are also choosing more compassion, more love, and more self-trust.

Each week builds upon the last, moving from reconnecting with what matters to you to creating a more loving, trusting relationship with yourself.

Week 1 — Coming Back to You
Values, expectations & the “shoulds” we carry
We’ll explore what you actually value, where the expectations you place on yourself come from, and begin releasing the “shoulds” that may not even belong to you.

Week 2 — Meeting Yourself With Compassion
The inner critic & the way you speak to yourself
We’ll bring awareness to your inner dialogue, explore where your inner critic comes from, and practice tools for meeting yourself with more kindness and compassion.

Week 3 — Releasing What You’ve Been Carrying
Old stories, beliefs & emotional weight
We’ll explore what you may be carrying that no longer serves you and create space to release old beliefs, and stories with compassion.

Week 4 — Learning to Trust Yourself Again
Self-trust, inner wisdom & choosing yourself
We’ll reconnect with your own inner wisdom and practice listening to, trusting, and choosing yourself as you move forward.

You’ll leave each gathering with a tangible practice you can continue using long after our time together ends.
