After spending 20+ years in Corporate America, teaching, training, mentoring, and leading teams, I took a leap of faith to jump off the corporate ladder of success to start my own business. Just prior to making this huge change in my professional life, my personal life had gone through a complete upheaval. At the age of 37, I found myself experiencing a second divorce and all alone in a big brand new state – Texas. We had moved to Texas from Michigan to “change our lives” and, mine certainly did.   Shortly after this life experience, I found Louise Hay’s book, You Can Heal Your Life® I studied this book; as well as, other books by Hay House authors and began to implement the teachings into my life. Soon, I began to see the affirmations and visualization practices working in my life. I could see my life being healed. In 2016, I became the East Coast Teacher Trainer and in 2018 added Coach Trainer to my credentials.  In 2023, I returned to focus on coaching and workshops versus leading trainings! (Other than the Self-emPOWERment for Teens Training).

My speciality is working with creatives! In addition to the above, I am a happy, joy-filled, passionate teacher honored to be of service in this capacity to help effect change in others lives through Louise’s philosophies.
