Beyond the Reflection: A Self-Love Journey is a 15-day advanced mirror work workshop based on Louise Hay’s transformative philosophy.
Each day, we will dive deep into different areas of our lives—healing, releasing, and transforming through the power of mirror work, visualization, reflection exercises, and meditation.
The mirror is a gateway to self-awareness, and through this journey, you will uncover limiting beliefs, heal emotional wounds, and cultivate deep self-love and self-wirth. As you face yourself with compassion, you will begin to shift negative self-talk into empowering affirmations, unlocking a profound sense of inner peace and self-worth.

By the end of 15 days, you will experience a powerful transformation, seeing yourself with love, respect, and unwavering belief.
