Forgot your password or simply want to create a new one? Resetting your password is quick and easy.

In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the steps to reset your password and regain access to your Heal Your Life® account. You’ll learn where to request a password reset, what to look for in your email, and how to create a new password so you can securely sign back in.

If you don’t see the password reset email right away, be sure to check your spam or junk folder before requesting another one.

Helpful Tip

For the best viewing experience, you can customize the video settings to match your preferences.

To do this, click the Settings icon located on the video player. From there, you can:

Change the Audio Track to another available language (if offered).
Turn Closed Captions (CC) on or off.
Select a different caption language, when available.

These options can make it easier to follow along and enjoy the tutorial in the way that works best for you.
