Her journey is not just a professional endeavor but a deeply personal one. A survivor of cancer in 2008, Jaishree embarked on a profound exploration of healing, both within herself and others. With over 20 years of experience as a psychologist, social worker, and counsellor in Chennai and Mumbai, she has touched countless lives through community projects, foster care units, sponsorship programs, adoption agencies, and training center’s for the disabled.

Jaishree’s commitment to holistic well-being extends to her advocacy for a Whole Plant Based diet, a cause she champions as a consultant. Her extensive research, attendance at workshops, and personal practice reflect a genuine passion for promoting health through nutrition. She is also a certified whole plant based Nutritionist from The E- Cornell University .

Beyond the realms of traditional therapy, Jaishree’s spiritual journey led her to a two-year exploration of Vedic studies, transforming her perspective on life. Vedanta became a guiding light, fostering an awareness of the interconnectedness of ego, individuality, and the oneness with the environment, people, and the divine.
