I first learned about Louise Hay in the 80s and love her gift to the world. Now I get to live and teach her message.  I am also a certified practitioner of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping. I have a diploma in Creative Arts Therapy as well as being an artist and an art teacher.
