I believe that we all have the ability to heal, grow and create lives that feel more aligned with who we truly are. My own journey of self-discovery showed me that lasting change doesn’t come from trying to be someone different, it comes from learning to love and accept ourselves exactly as we are.

After spending more than 25 years in the corporate world, I understand the demands of busy lives, the pressure to keep everything together, and how easy it is to lose sight of ourselves along the way. While my career gave me invaluable experience supporting people, leading projects and building relationships, it also led me to realise that my greatest passion is helping people reconnect with themselves.

Discovering the Heal Your Life® philosophy was a turning point in my life. Louise Hay’s teachings helped me shift the way I saw myself and the world around me, and inspired me to become a professional Heal Your Life® practitioner, so that I could share these life-changing principles with others.

Through my work with Inaiya (the name of my business), which means Gift from God and very personal to my journey I create gentle, supportive spaces where people can pause, reflect and begin their own journey of healing and transformation. Whether through workshops or one-on-one experiences, my intention is to help people let go of limiting beliefs, embrace self-worth, and remember that they already have everything they need within them.

It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they discover their own strength, resilience and possibility. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing someone realise that they are enough, just as they are.
