Ana is a licensed Heal Your Life ®Workshop Leader and Life Coach, with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. For over a decade, she’s been coaching, leading workshops, and assisting the Heal Your Life ® Teacher Trainings in Europe and the USA. She uses guided meditation, visualization, affirmations, goal setting, and other coaching tools to empower people to transform their lives.
As a young woman, she experienced a big transition and moved to the United States to study. Through that emotionally turbulent time, she chose to build a new life. Her intuition guided her to a holistic program that helped her transform the absence of joy and limiting beliefs she had at the time. Heal Your Life helped her to accept herself fully, to rejoice in love, compassion, and trust, and to get in touch with her inner self. She has learned that no matter where we grew up, or what kind of parents, friends, and teachers we had, we can always become what we were meant to be. Most of all, she learned that we have the power of the present moment to create our best lives and be fully happy.
Her passion for life, new ways of thinking, and enthusiasm to share knowledge with the world led her to become a Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader and Life Coach.  Ana is dedicated to teaching and inspiring people across the globe to live happier and healthier lives, and learn to use holistic tools to help them reach their full potential.
