Heal Your Life Teacher | Louise Hay Philosophy | Trauma-Informed Confidence Coach

Hello everyone, I am a Heal Your Life Teacher and Trauma-Informed Confidence Coach, passionate about helping women discover that they are worthy of love, confidence, happiness and a life that feels truly their own.

My Mission

My mission is very heartfelt:

“I never want another woman to suffer as long as I did.”

I grew up experiencing childhood abuse, and for many years I carried the beliefs, pain and sense of unworthiness that came with it into my adult life.

My own healing journey eventually introduced me to the extraordinary work of Louise Hay, and it became a turning point in my life.

Louise’s philosophy taught me that the way we speak to ourselves and the way we see ourselves matters. She showed me that self-love isn’t selfish; it is the foundation from which we begin to transform our lives.

But for me, healing is also about self-acceptance; learning to accept ourselves exactly as we are, rather than constantly believing we need to change, fix or become someone else in order to be worthy.

It is about learning to stop abandoning ourselves, choosing ourselves with love, and beginning to believe that we are worthy of the life we desire.

When we learn to love and accept ourselves, and change the beliefs and thoughts that no longer serve us, something begins to shift. We reconnect with who we truly are, and we open the gateway to the dreams, desires and possibilities that have always been within us.

That, to me, is the true gift of self-love: not becoming someone else, but finally allowing ourselves to become who we were always meant to be.

Louise Hay saved me, and her work changed the direction of my life.

That is why becoming a Heal Your Life Teacher means so much to me. I want to share these beautiful, empowering teachings with other women and help them experience the possibility of transformation for themselves.

Coming Home to Yourself

I believe that healing doesn’t mean becoming someone else. It means coming home to yourself.

Through Heal Your Life work, alongside my trauma-informed coaching approach, I create a safe, confidential, compassionate and nurturing space where women can begin to reconnect with themselves, strengthen their self-worth, release limiting beliefs and rediscover their confidence.

My Training

I am a trained Heal Your Life Teacher, hold a Transformational Coaching Diploma Certificate with Animas, and am also a certified Trauma-Informed Coach.

But beyond my qualifications, I bring something that cannot be learned from a certificate:

I understand what it is like to be the woman who desperately wants to believe that life can be different and that dreams can come true.

What I Want You to Know

I want other women to know what I have discovered for myself:

You are not defined by your past.

You are worthy exactly as you are.

You can learn to love yourself.

And it is never too late to create a life you truly love.

I offer one-to-one sessions online and in person, and run workshops in Guernsey and the UK, sharing the empowering philosophies and teachings of Louise Hay.

If you feel ready to begin a journey of greater self-love, self-acceptance and possibility, I would love to welcome you.  Because the life you dream of begins with the relationship you have with yourself.

In the wise words of Louise Hay:

“A belief is just a thought, and a thought can be changed.”
