I am Jaya Jain, an educator, Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader, Arhatic Yogi, Pranic Healer, and founder of Arete | Inner Excellence.

For more than 18 years, I have been involved in education, guiding and mentoring young minds while exploring a deeper question that has always fascinated me:

What enables human beings to truly flourish?

My own journey of self-discovery led me to the transformative teachings of Louise Hay, along with the practices of Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga, and Compassionate Inquiry. These approaches have profoundly shaped my understanding of healing, self-worth, and personal growth.

Today, my work is devoted to helping individuals cultivate inner excellence through self-awareness, self-love, and emotional healing. I believe that lasting success and happiness begin within, and that when we transform our relationship with ourselves, every area of life can change.

Through Heal Your Life® workshops, I offer practical tools and a compassionate space for people to release limiting beliefs, nurture self-worth, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
