I came across Louise Hay through my health therapist in the beginning of the year 2023. She said, “read the book- Heal Your Life its a bible!” I immediately bought the book but did not open its for next 2 months. I was in a bad state of health and maybe now I believe that that was not the right time for me to read the book because as Louise says, “You are in the right place and doing the right thing at the right time”. 

After few months I started reading it and resonated with every page and line which was there. I realised that I am the author of my Life and Destiny. Whatever was happening in my life be it relationships, career, health was a result of my thoughts, limiting beliefs, emotions. And one thing which was surely not there was- SELF LOVE!!!

So surprising right? But then next what? How to love myself? Is there a framework to do that? Is there a mantra to recite and achieve that ? What is the way to love myself was my question to myself everyday.

The Universe heard me…..

My health therapist casually mentioned the Heal Your Life Workshop and Trainings, which were scheduled to take place soon. A week before the training was set to commence, I had no prior knowledge of it. Yet, she encouraged me and convinced me to participate. Remarkably, finances somehow fell into place, and my family offered their support, enabling me to book my ticket.

The most remarkable part of this journey is that it could have been solely about self-improvement, but the Universe had different plans in store for me. I embarked on the journey not as a participant but as a teacher in training. Surprisingly, despite being the youngest among the group, I felt an inexplicable connection to the work, and I witnessed its transformative power in my life. It gradually dawned on me that this was what my subconscious had always longed for—to spread love and acceptance. I now find myself blessed with a purpose.

I am exceptionally grateful to Babbu Maa, Iqbal uncle, Donny bhaiya and Prashant bhaiya for making this experience all the more seamless, joyous and  an unforgettable memory for lifetime.

I am grateful to our Master teachers and Louise of course for encouraging at every step and for giving us this beautiful work of love!

It has given me self love, power, abundance and  healed me inside out. I now know that whatever I was seeking is already inside me!
