Since 2019, I have been leading individuals, and groups in personal growth and transformation. I am an internationally certified Heal Your Life® Coach and Workshop Leader, Shinrin-yoku Guide (Forest Bathing Guide) and Daily SHOTT facilitator.
My journey in self-growth started over a decade ago with reading self-help books, studying and applying various modalities. With an engineering background, I acquired 11+ years of professional experience in managerial roles in the service industry.
Over the years, I am grateful to have experienced deep personal and professional transformation through my mentor Dr. G L Sampoorna’s workshops, Louise Hay’s practices and Vipassana.
