Hello, and welcome to my profile on the Heal Your Life Workshop, Find a Teacher website. I’m Annette McCann, and I’m thrilled that you’ve discovered my page.

Since becoming a licensed Heal Your Life Teacher in 2016, I’ve embarked on what I can only describe as the most fulfilling journey of my career. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of conducting Heal Your Life weekly workshops, residential programs, and introductory sessions throughout the North of Ireland. These initiatives have been both public-facing and have included funded programs in collaboration with community, voluntary, statutory, and private sectors.

In addition to my work as a Heal Your Life Teacher, I’m also deeply passionate about complementary therapy. My practice encompasses a range of method, including Aromatherapy massage & oils, Oncology Massage, Reflexology, Chinese Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Flower Essence Therapy, and Reiki at levels 1, 2, and Master level.

Beyond my therapeutic practice, I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate various forms of group work, coaching, mentoring, training, and development initiatives. With nearly three decades of experience spanning across community, voluntary, charitable, and statutory sectors.  Throughout my career, my focus has remained steadfastly centred on working with and for individuals, families, and children, addressing critical issues such as low self esteem, unworthy, not enough, un deserving, unemployment, education, poverty, health inequalities, and mental health.  I’m genuinely excited about the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and continue making a positive impact through my work.
