Lynn Meadowcroft is a Licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher and Coach, transformational facilitator, speaker, and the founder of Love Notes from Lynn.

Lynn’s journey with Louise Hay’s work began over 14 years ago during one of the most challenging periods of her life. Feeling overwhelmed and on the verge of a nervous breakdown, she was given Louise Hay’s book The Power Is Within You by her sister. As she read its pages, she found herself moved to tears. The message resonated deeply, offering hope, healing, and the possibility of creating a different future.

Inspired by the profound transformation she experienced through applying Louise’s teachings, Lynn made it her mission to share this life-changing work with others. She completed her Heal Your Life® Teacher Training in 2011, Heal Your Life® Coaching Training in 2012, and Heal Your Life® Managing with Heart and Mind Training in 2018, enabling her to bring these powerful principles into both personal and corporate settings.

Over the past decade, Lynn has facilitated hundreds of workshops, retreats, coaching programmes, online courses, and transformational events. She has worked with individuals, charities, community organisations, and corporate teams, helping people build confidence, self-worth, resilience, and self-love.

Today, Lynn’s work is centred around her growing Love Notes from Lynn community, where she shares weekly inspirational newsletters, daily messages of encouragement and self-love, guided meditations, workshops, and her monthly Love Pill calls—heart-centred gatherings that combine reflection, meditation, music, and Louise Hay-inspired teachings to support personal growth and inner healing.

Lynn is passionate about helping women find their voice, recognise their value, and step into their power. She believes that when women learn to love and accept themselves wholly and completely, limiting beliefs begin to dissolve, confidence grows, and they create lives filled with greater love, joy, purpose, and authenticity.

Her dedication to empowering others has been recognised through numerous awards and honours. Lynn was named Inspirational Coach of the Year 2022, was a SheInspires Finalist for the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024, and was subsequently invited to serve as Lead Judge for the Lifetime Achievement Award category in both 2025 and 2026. She also received the SheInspires Girl Up Award 2024, recognising women who have made a significant impact through mentoring, supporting, networking, and championing other women in achieving their goals.

In 2026, Lynn was selected as a member of the She Inspires Impact Leaders Founding Cohort, an editorially curated recognition of 100 women whose leadership is creating measurable impact across sectors, communities, and borders. Chosen through sustained observation and evidence of meaningful contribution, the cohort celebrates women whose influence extends beyond personal success to create opportunities, pathways, and positive change for others.
