Join us for a transformative 3-week Mirror Work Workshop inspired by Louise Hay’s powerful philosophy of self-love and healing. Each session, held Monday through Friday for one hour, is designed to build a foundation of self-acceptance and inner peace.
Over the three weeks, you’ll learn practical mirror work exercises and affirmations, helping you uncover hidden emotions and dissolve self-criticism. We’ll start by building trust with our reflections, affirming self-love, and gradually moving into deeper aspects of self-healing. With guided exercises and meditations, we’ll explore themes such as forgiveness, self-acceptance, and gratitude, allowing you to release emotional blocks and welcome positivity into your life.
