As a licensed Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader, Life Coach and Teen Self-EmPOWERment PlayShop facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Usui/Holy Fire III® Master Teacher and Intuitive, I empower others to live their true potential while guiding them on an exciting journey of personal development and healing! I am blessed to have been raised with Louise Hay's philosophy. Both my mother and grandmother were avid followers of Louise’s work. Because of my spiritual and loving upbringing, it has always been natural for me to practice positive affirmations and creative visualization. After years of working in the corporate world, I was led to study many healing modalities and now own a successful holistic energy therapy practice. The Heal Your Life® program has equipped me with amazing tools to help people of all ages, especially my children and other young people to traverse their teen years with balance and confidence. Adding the Teen Self-EmPOWERment PlayShops to my practice has further supported my clients on their journey toward peace and wellness. I am passionate about helping others gain a sense of empowerment and accomplishment, as well as the motivation to make positive changes in their life.
