Jennifer Grigg is a certified Heal Your Life® Coach and Workshop Facilitator, based on the work of Louise Hay. She is also a certified HeartHealing™ Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Body Language Coach who works with women and those in emergency services. Having been in the fire service for over 25 years, Jen also speaks about mental health and trauma recovery at events and conferences for first responders. Jen is passionate about living a life of authenticity and continues to do the work on herself while building her skills to help others live their authentic lives.
