My journey to becoming a Certified Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader was born from experiencing profound personal shifts that reshaped how I engaged with the world. My professional foundation is built on science and healthcare education, supported by a MSc in Medical Imaging from UK. During my time as a Lecturer at the University of Bahrain, I discovered a deep dedication to mentorship while advising students through personal and educational challenges.

I have continued to channel my passion for community empowerment in Singapore as a Volunteer Leader with the Singapore Red Cross since 2018. In this role, I actively conduct developmental training programs tailored specifically for preschoolers.

Experiencing the transformative power of inner work firsthand inspired me to pivot deeply into the personal development space. Today with my experience and skillset I strive to hold space for others to help clear limiting beliefs and cultivate self-compassion.
