This is my mission… my life purpose!
My journey with Louise Hay began in 2010, through the loving guidance of Ashika Singh (Heal Your Life Teacher Trainer for South Africa, Personal Life Coach and Workshop facilitator). Prior to this I was not familiar with Louise Hay or her philosophies.

At that point there were many areas of my life which were not working well but even then my primary intention in contacting Ashika was a desire for her to help someone close to me who was experiencing turmoil in their own life.
Undoubtedly my desire for change and to heal my own life led me to her.

Thus began a healing, personal development journey that is ever evolving, along the way becoming certified as a HYL facilitator and life coach.

Over a decade later Louise Hay’s philosophies have become entrenched within me and my life.
It is weaved into the real life fullness of a full time corporate career as a Chartered Accountant specialising in the Transaction and Mergers & Acquisitions space and family life with a husband and three amazing children.

Corporate, is where I have found the deepest need for the work and over the last decade I have enjoyed providing life coaching support to staff in my corporate environment.

I am immensely grateful for the experiences life has provided me, particularly the difficult times, because in using the HYL tools I have healed many parts of myself.

This enables me to relate to clients challenges and really serve purpose through relaying my experiences.

My current focus is virtual life coaching.
