Hello there, thank you for visiting my profile. Let in introduce myself. My name is Carmel and I live in Co. Laois with my husband and 2 sons. I am a Life & Soul Coach. I love to empower people to believe in themselves and I’m a firm believer in Louise Hay’s philosophy of positive thinking and affirmations.

My passion is helping my clients to heal themselves holistically, working on the mind, body and spirit. As a ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ teacher I help YOU to discover your true potential to live a happy, healthy life. I offer 2 day work shops, along with 6 week courses and also 1-1 training.

I also offer other therapies and intergrate them depending on my clients needs, while always holing a positive outcome for each person that I am lucky to work with. I feel very blessed to have been touched with a special gift of healing and understanding, and I am only too happy to discuss a plan of action for YOU when you are ready to change.

My other therapies include, Reiki, Bio Energy healing, Reflexology, Ear Candling with Lymphatic facial,Mindfulness and Meditation, Aloe Vera hydrating facials.
