Welcome to the Heal Your Life® Study Course, a powerful 10-week program based on the philosophy of the metaphysical teacher Louise Hay, and her bestselling book, ‘You Can Heal Your Life’.
This 10-week study group is for you if you:

This group meets every Tuesday evening, starting on 11th June, for 2.5 hours each week. In each weekly group meeting, you will be guided through exercises and processes that support you in experiencing that week’s theme in your life. You will have the space to review the previous week, ask questions and share your experiences. You will also be given small activities that you can do between sessions to deepen your transformation.

Facilitator: Nandhini Lingam is an Integrative Psychotherapist, a Licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher and Workshop Leader. She began interning in 2014 with Dr. G. L. Sampoorna alongside her bachelors in Psychology at WCC, Chennai, and continued training with her, even as she completed her degree from CCNY, USA and Masters in Psychotherapy from The University of Edinburgh, UK. She has been a part of Rathna Center for Conscious Living since its inception in 2017, and is now a core member of Team RCCL.
