I instinctively embraced Louise Hay’s philosophies throughout my own path to health and well-being. Adopting her straightforward approach enabled me to release old patterns, love myself, bring joy to my life and create a new healthy vision of myself. This inner transformation became the foundations for my full recovery from cancer. It is a beautiful process. I feel blessed and excited to now be able to share this life-changing wisdom with others, alongside my work as an Energy Healer. I offer one-to-one sessions as well as small groups and workshops in North Devon.
