I am a licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher, Life Coach and Business Mentor. I live by Louise Hay's words “I choose to make the rest of my life the best of my life”. I believe in living every day to the fullest with the best of my ability and I am an eternal optimist and a great believer of life-long learning. We all have talents and potential to be whatever we want to be. However, before we can love our neighbour, we need to learn to love and respect ourselves - just as we are. My greatest life lesson came about 20 years ago during a gradual break-down of my often abusive and violent first marriage and subsequent suicide of my spouse. Louise Hay's positive life philosophy and methods helped me to heal from the abuse and the loss of a loved one, to find forgiveness and letting go of the past and ultimately finding my loving-self and rebuilding a happy, fulfilling professional and personal life. My own life-changing experiences led me to study further the power of the mind, intuition and Louise Hay's philosophy of positive thinking and methods. My purpose in life is to assist others who are in search of their best lives. While my home is in Kainuu, Finland, I am a citizen of the world having lived in Southern Africa, U.S.A., U.K. and Scandinavia. For the past 25 years I have coached and counselled entrepreneurs and business owners, empowered women and men, mentored youth, and trained clergy & religious leaders. I enjoy sharing Louise’s work together with my soulmate and husband Rob Johnstone, who is also a trained Heal Your Life® Teacher.
