Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile. My journey into healing began when I was gifted Guarisci la tua vita by Louise Hay during a difficult time. Years later, at a personal crossroads, I finally turned to its teachings—and that moment changed everything. It was the start of a deep transformation: healing old wounds, shifting limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with my true self. As a South Asian woman, I’ve experienced the weight of cultural expectations, but ultimately, like many of us, I was seeking self-love, self-worth, and peace. That journey led me to train as a Workshop Leader so I could support others on similar paths. Today, I help individuals move beyond self-doubt, break free from old patterns, and cultivate lasting inner healing.
