After many years of my own struggles and learning to overcome them, I have seen so many great changes in my own life.

Years of studying numerous books, attending workshops and courses and then finally, training to be a Heal Your Life teacher and coach, based on the philosophy and work of Louise Hay, I am delighted to be able to share my passion to help others in these workshops and one to one to those who are ready.

Based in South Devon, UK, in a happy home, with fabulous adult children, a loving partner and a crazy doberman, sharing my life lessons and helping others has become a passion and a joy.
