Based on the work of the celebrated motivational author and professional speaker Louise Hay, these powerful sessions will help you identify and work through limiting negative beliefs and then teach you techniques which can help release them. You will use affirmations, visualisations and other methods to help heal your past and to transform your present. Every area of your life can be improved: relationships, health, career and prosperity.

About Tanya Lovett
Tanya Lovett, MA (Oxon), MSc, is a Licensed Heal Your Life workshop leader, Advanced EFT Practitioner and Mental Health Nurse. Tanya has a long history of working in mental health services and is currently working in an adult eating disorder service, she has experience of being beside people in distress. She will bring this experience together with the inspiring tools and philosophies of Louise Hay, to ensure you are supported in the workshop. She is looking forward to meeting you and working with you.
