Teen Self-emPOWERment Playshops Program (a Heal Your Life® program) is designed as a playshop (versus “work” shop) with two different age groups in mind: 12-14 and 15-18.  New exercises and processes have been created to engage, entice, and empower the tweens/teens…and, many of them may be used in the adult workshops, too!
