El taller \u201cAmate a ti misma, sana tu vida\u201d es una experiencia intensiva de dos d\u00edas para iniciar o profundizar en la sanaci\u00f3n de tus heridas emocionales. La sanaci\u00f3n comienza con la conciencia: es darnos cuenta que necesitamos identificar la ra\u00edz de nuestro dolor para poder movilizar nuestra energ\u00eda y actuar.
\nUno de nuestros m\u00f3dulos claves es el ni\u00f1o interior, que seg\u00fan Louise Hay y en mi propia vivencia, el trabajar con esa estructura energ\u00e9tica es sumamente \u00fatil para sanar heridas que no sanaron, o se convirtieron en situaciones inconclusas si el entorno donde crecimos no se aceptaban la expresiones de las emociones de forma natural y por el contrario eran reprimidas. Tambi\u00e9n veremos c\u00f3mo esas heridas y emociones no satisfecha crearon patrones autom\u00e1ticos que nos impiden crecer y madurar.
