Hello beautiful souls, thank you for reading through my bio, I am a certified Heal Your Life Workshop Leader and Teen Empowerment Playshop Leader.

Diving into the world of Heal Your Life and Louise Hay for me personally has created deep awareness, reflection and healing, which I will safely and gently guide you through as you too explore these experiences further.

I am based in Australia, located in Townsville, which is in sunny north Queensland, with very close access to the Great Barrier Reef.

In addition to my Heal Your Life workshops, I co-host nurturing Women’s Circles, and offer a variety of one on one client sessions, such as:

• Healing Touch energy therapy
• Colour therapy
• Sound healing, and
• 2 different and unique aromatherapy massages – The Raindrop Technique and the Chakra Balance massage, using Young Living essential oils.
