Hello Friends,

I am a workshop facilitator and a Life Coach. I have 10+ years coaching experience. I am also a Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner.  I love Louise Hay’s teaching which I why I am doing workshops.

I want to help awaken people to live their best lives. To let them know they can choose their thoughts. To use their words wisely, to bring affirmations and positivity into their lives. To ultimately help them get control of their lives and create the life they desire.
