I spent a good 18 years of my work life in the advertising industry in India. Until I hit a point when I started questioning the purpose of my life. This state of divine discontent led me to seek the spiritual path. I studied yoga in Kerala and went on to become a yoga teacher. I had been following the Louise Hay philosophy for many years on my own. However I felt a compelling need to share it with others who were suffering and seeking a more fulfilling life. So in 2011 I got my certification as a HYL workshop leader.And in 2015 I got certified as a Life Coach. I simply love what I do! Healing people physically, mentally and emotionally. Its my life purpose to empower people to live healthy, happy& wholesome . To become the best versions of themselves.I teach what i need to learn the most. Which is loving and accepting myself just the way I am. Life is wonderful and I love living it.
