I am born and brought up in a traditional Chinese family, married and have 2 adorable children and Now living a loving joyous marriage life with a supportive husband and is also now my soul mate in my spiritual path. My spiritual path begins when the calling begun with challenges and crisis in health, relationship with family, career and my personal life. I am fear of expressing my thought, feeling pressure with work and relationship, lack of confident and shy in asking what I want in life, and a feeling of uncertainty about my future. Since knowing the teaching of Louise Hay ~ "I have the Power Within. Change My Thought and Change My Life." This works tremendously in my life and with my WILLINGNESS and practice. I attended the 2 day powerful transformation workshop and I found the treasure. It is my beliefs and the patterns and habits that attract the challenges experiences into my life. I learnt to connect with my body and mind, doing affirmation and releasing all the old emotions. Seeing my family's patterns and I allow myself to go beyond my parents' fears and limitation and break the cycle.
