Hi, my name is Kim!  

I'm an inspirational teacher, mentor and coach, a lover of life and a breast cancer surviver & thriver.  I'm passionate about helping people to reconnect with who they really are and to live a life filled with love, happiness, purpose and fulfilment. 

I am a Licensed Louise L. Hay Workshop Teacher & Coach and a Certified Integrated Energy Therapy Master-Instructor. I am also a certified Reiki & Reconnective Healing therapist.

Health issues led me to the philosophy of the marvellous Louise Hay which has had a profound effect on not only my physical but also my mental, emotional and spiritual well being.

I have learnt that when you take responsibility of your life, learn to truly love yourself and tap into your higher self, you can easily overcome life’s challenges. Louise’s teachings have not only empowered me to heal my life, it has also provided me a wonderful framework to live a happier, more loving, more harmonious and fulfilled life.
