There is something about Louise Hay that just resonates very deeply with me, which I am sure a lot of people can relate to as well. I have been aware of Louise since I was a teenager ( I think almost everyone knew someone that had a copy of you can heal your life in the 8-s and 90s). I read that magical book a few years ago now and have since read all of her books and done all of the exercises within those books and because I actually did the exercises, I now live a great life as a professional therapist and have a very happy and healthy family with a great work / fun and healthy life balance which I owe the majority of it to Louise Hay, hence why she is one of my all time heros in life and a true inspiration of the potential we all hold within us if we are just willing to face ourselves and make the tiny changes that ripple out into astronomical longer term effects. Personally, letting go of my past guilt, disappointments, anger and fear of the unknown future was for me to live a healthy and truly abundant life. As a father to 4 children I am extremely grateful to Louise and all the teachers continuing to teach and share her philosophies. Even though I have read all of Louise Hays books, taking the live 2 day workshop followed by the teachers training class exceeded all of my expectations. Witnessing one particular lady in the class who released her guilt and completely forgiving herself to the point where she no longer has arthritis in her physical body is something I will remember forever. I get so excited to lead my Heal your life workshops online and in class as I know how powerful, healing and fulfilling they have proven to be time and time again.
