      Namaste! I am happy to be a Trained, Licensed Heal Your Life ® Workshop Leader and Life Coach. In the past 25 years, I have been on an intense search for love, peace and contentment. Though I understood everything is from within, I could not experience it. I knew it intellectually. I got glimpses of it and nothing ever lasted long. This search took me along the path of NLP, Transactional Analysis, Movement Therapy, Montessori and meditation. Each of it, helped me process many of my limiting beliefs and the past incidents of my life. I had also been and I still am on the path of Yoga, Mantra chanting and meditation.  All this helped me evolve, connect within and showed me, there is something within that I need to connect to even more. Yet I was still left with a search, a missing link! When I attended the Heal Your Life ® Workshop Leader Training I found the missing link! I reconnected to love and a deep sense of fulfillment leading to my purpose. It is here, it dawned on me, as an experience, that, we have the possibility of consciously transforming ourselves in a loving manner.  It is about moving from limiting beliefs to nourishing thoughts, abundance and love, by bringing awareness to our thoughts.  More importantly, the foundation of Louise Hay's philosophy is loving oneself and as the first step to it - Stop criticism - of yourself first and then others. Loving oneself was such an alien concept, in the culture that I come from.  The Power and Truth of this revelation. within me has changed my life. My purpose is, to facilitate, women in particular, to Reconnect with empowering beliefs, their loving self and inner peace thereby to live in harmony with themselves. Here is what I have to offer: Loving support to:

• Identify and change limiting beliefs
• To create new loving and positive thought patterns
• Approach oneself and life with love
• Release oneself from areas of life where Forgiveness is a vital aspect

All this is done with the loving gentle tools, as per Louise Hay's philosophy - Affirmations, Meditations, Visualizations, Gratitude Journals and Mirror Work. I am in Gratitude of Lakhvinder Babbu Gill ji (Babbu Ma) who enabled me to experience this process. ?
