Gargi Sandilya

Dr. Gargi Sandilya is an internationally certified Life Coach and Workshop Leader for Heal Your Life workshops. She is also a certified Gravity Yoga teacher, Creative Dance & Movement Therapy Facilitator, Associate Coach for Core Transformation and practitioner for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gestalt Therapy and Reiki in addition to holding a Doctoral Degree in Psychology. With an eagerness to learn, the inner quest and journey of self-discovery began early in Gargi’s life. Pursuing this awakened need, she attended several workshops on personal development (Heal your life, sound healing, NLP, Reiki, Gestalt therapy and so on) each of which helped her develop a balanced approach to life. Practicing the techniques she has learnt over the years, she now helps people uncover their inner potential and live their dreams through application of these simple yet profound principles in daily life through workshops and coaching sessions. Each interaction moving her and her clients towards wholeness. Facilitating the Happiness, Habits & Success Course at IIT Madras is another significant journey of contribution, self-discovery, and growth for Gargi. As Assistant Professor at IILM Institute for Higher Education, New Delhi from July 2016 to September 2018, she taught Management, Leadership, Human resource management, Communication and Negotiation related subjects to Undergraduate and Post graduate Management students. She was also the Counselor at IILM, available to lend a listening ear to students, faculty members and staff who approached her, to share their feelings and/or challenges they were facing. She has been involved in Design, Development and Facilitation of several soft-skills training programs on Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Communication, Team Building, Assertiveness, Negotiating skills, Stress Management and so on – for 3500+ people. A few organizations she has conducted training programs for include Feedback Infra, Hexaware, Royal Bank of Scotland, Accenture, Hindustan National Glass, Cholamandalam Finance, SOS Children’s Villages of India, North Eastern Police Academy (NEPA), SOIL Institute for Management, Aster DM Healthcare, Miyara Women and Indian Oil Corporation Limited among several others. As a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer, Gargi was involved in Faculty Training programs with Wipro’s Mission 10X not-for-profit initiative, for Engineering College Faculty in 2 and 3 tier cities across India from April 2010 to June 2012.
