Eleanor A. Gillamac

Eleanor has been practicing positive affirmations and manifesting for over 3 decades. She discovered Louise Hay's "You Can Heal Your Life" book in 2009, and it was a game changer! From affirming for things outside... To affirming for the love inside... The book helped to shift and guide her back into being GRATEFUL and LOVING her SELF. Her life has been changed forever! In 2015, she was divinely guided to attend the Heal Your Life workshop teacher training in San Diego, Ca. And now she's humbled and honored to facilitate Heal Your life workshops in Long Beach, Ca. + surrounding areas. Eleanor holds additional experience and certification as a Certified Yoga Instructor and Usui/Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master-Teacher. She loves to spend time in nature and also offers walks and retreats in nature to help others awaken the LOVE, LIGHT and JOY within.
