Dr. Shama

I am a medical doctor (MBBS) by profession and the Director of an organistation called Vesoma and Padukone - Dravid Center for Sports Excellence. I work with a team of physiotherapists and trainers to rehabilitate athletes and regular clients for wellness and injury management as well as sports nutrition. I am a Reiki practitioner and am interested in human behavior and strongly believe in mind body connection and holistic healing. My interested in Louise Hay started 20 yrs ago when I did the 2 day workshop and it has impacted my life tremendously. I have continued to read and apply her philosophy in my own life and it has helped me immensely. As a HYL workshop leader and a coach, I enable people to live happy fulfilled and joyous lives.
