There are various aspects to keep oneself sane. In Deepa’s own words,  ------ “Acceptance of who we are” and “Loving oneself” are the key. We all feel bad when someone suffers physically or emotionally. It’s the self-search for an answer towards few thoughts such as… “What I can do to ease such a pain”, “Why can’t we fix it, when we know it is us responsible for what’s happening around” and “As we evolve from being a kid to an adult, when is the right time to consider thinking about this & how” … led to my journey of becoming a Heal Your Life Teacher. ------ Over the years Deepa spent time learning, understanding & experiencing different types of healing modalities like Reiki, healing through food, exploring metaphysics, Emotional Healing, etc. That is when she discovered the teachings of Louise Hay. And to put the learnings that were helping her transform inside-out through thoughts... into practice, she got internationally certified in “Heal your life” & “Teen Empowerment”. Deepa believes.. if she was able to experience the transformation from inside that changed the world around; anyone could do that. As part of the realization process, she thinks the transformation has to start and is much needed for Teens and is looking forward to offering programs and training on “Teen Empowerment” which will naturally flow into the “Heal Your Life” program.
