I’ve crafted a life understanding its intricacies – especially with people and emotional awareness - that’s been completely on purpose, every winged step of the way. I’d love to help you do the same, nailing this thing called 'people stuff' and self-awareness that comes up every day including the mastery of true love. Understanding the daily human psyche and breaking it down into no-rocket-science has been my journey. From my early adult years when Louise Hay firmly became my most revered mentor, this whole way of being has helped shift every challenge. There’s no greater success than learning how to rise above and deliberately stay there longer, regardless of what’s going down. My background is varied from vibrant natural health and well-being to a definite grandparent with coaching - the type that challenges self-awareness well beyond our capitalistic environment.
