Arlene is a Licensed Heal Your Life Coach and Teacher. She has also completed Coach Training at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). While living in the Philadelphia area, she worked in the corporate world as a corporate trainer, business & personal coach, and instructional designer. As an entrepreneur, Arlene later had her own business consulting, training, and coaching business.

After a 3-month leadership training & coaching project on American Hawaii Cruises, sailing the Hawaiian Islands, she went home to Philadelphia with a heartfelt dream to return to Hawaii on a one-way ticket to paradise!  For several years, Arlene continued to affirm her dream, keeping the Aloha vision alive even during the harsh Philly winters, work projects, and a cancer diagnosis. Arlene's magical dream became a reality when she and her husband took a leap-of-faith in 2004 and bought 2 tickets to paradise! With their entrepreneurial spirit, they started a real estate and property management brokerage that grew into a successful company including managing vacation rentals.
